This wine is a pale gold colour with aromas of citrus, grass and hay.
White Bordeaux is a mix of Semilion, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle blends. You get the classic Sauvignon grassy aromas, Semillon adds a waxy, honeyed note and Muscadelle, the lesser-known of the three varieties, contributes grapey aromas.

Entre-deux-Mers is a large wine sub-region of Bordeaux in southwestern France. Its name translates literally as "between two seas", although the seas in question are in fact rivers – the Garonne and Dordogne, which respectively form the area's southern and northern boundaries.
