Pure Chenin, sourced from a single bush vine site on the neighbouring farm to one of Moment of Silence's principal vineyards, on the farm Twyfeling, on the Boberg mountain, a property that was owned by Pieter's family seven generations ago, hence the label! Certified organic and just 1120 bottles produced. This has the most incredible nose of new season hay - so aromatic, and proper cloudy apple juice, with crisp definition too. Apple blossom and apple compote on the palate, and some anise too - mouth-coating, and a hint of richness too. This will age beautifully - drink 2022-2028.
