A wonderful example of cool climate Pinotage produced in the Overberg, South Africa. Dark, ripe berry and cherry character which lingers on the palate. A fine and elegant structure and balance, with a subtle freshness. A great match for red meat and it will continue to develop and evolve if kept well over the next 5-10 years.
