Porseleinberg 2017

The 2017 Porseleinberg is a remarkable wine: possibly one of the best Syrahs from anywhere in the world. Notes of small flowers and dark fruit dominate the nose, with amazing energy. The palate is silky yet structured, with notes of crushed pebbles alongside small berries and a hint of balsamic.
