The Bees Knees is a 0% sparkling alternative, made with a secret recipe with a hint of green tea to add the depth, tannin and body you would find in any sparkling wine. A perfect fizz without the fuzz(y head)!
A Pinot Noir-dominated blend. Aged on the lees for at least 36 months with a small proportion fermented in old oak barrels, the result is rich and creamy with a clean and moreish finish. Aromas and flavours Amalfi lemons, crunchy white peach, honey drizzled on brioche, strawberries and cream topped with toasted almonds, apple pie, poached pear and warm baguette.
Grapes; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Muenier
Abundant bubbles of medium size forming crown. Pale yellow colour with green reflections.
On the nose fresh, clean and pleasant with good aromatic intensity, mainly primary aromas of fruit and floral.
Sweet on the mouth however well balanced with the acidity.
Grapes: Vuira, Parellada, Xarello
