Dark cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and blueberry aromas are complimented by cassis, tea leaves, dried rosemary and dried spices. Delicious savoury characters are followed by succulent berry fruit on the finish.
An explosion of fruit aromas on the nose: apricot, pear, mango and caramelised pineapple, with a subtle touch of citrus and pink grapefruit. This wine is ample on the palate and displays a very elegant and refreshing acidity, which enhances the delicate and rich character of Nectar Reserve.
Remember what a great warm summer 2018 was in England? Well, the lovely sunshine helped to perfectly ripen Bolney's Pinot Noir crop and the result is just wonderful. A red wine vintage for us to be proud of for sure, this Pinot shows ripe strawberry and crushed raspberry characters and has a long and pure finish.
